I’m 71 years old and I’ve used many mascaras in my day. I can finally say that I found the best mascara ever! Not only is this mascara making my eyelashes healthier, but they are looking longer and better than ever before! I love this mascara!

I am incredibly disappointed with this product. The packaging completely failed, and the mascara leaked all over my cosmetic bag. It made a massive mess and got all over my other makeup. Because of the leak, I had to throw the mascara away entirely, along with several other expensive items in my bag. For a premium-priced mascara, the packaging should be secure. I would not recommend this product at all.

The mascara gave me a headache and I asked for a refund and they said I would have to pay them $15 and, in addition, they only give store credits which means I have to use it for a product to which I may also get a negative reaction. Touting how good the mascara is, I bought it for my mature eyes. I had a negative reaction. I can't get a refund. This is absurd. This company is very sleazy in the way it does business. In what country is this manufactured and what are the criteria does that country have to present a safe product to the public. I am telling you, it will catch up to them and truth will out

I like the mascara on me so far. What is the best way to remove? I’ve had other brands that don’t smudge and remove easily with warm water on a make up pad. This brand doesn’t seem to come off that way. Tried make up remover from Whole Foods and I have to rub harder than I normally do with a cotton round. Don’t like that for my eyes. Please recommend a method or product that works best or I won’t be using your product going forward. Thanks

Hi Kathy, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you’re enjoying how the mascara looks, and we completely understand wanting a gentler removal process around the delicate eye area. We recommend using an oil-based eye makeup remover and allowing it to sit on the lashes for about 15–20 seconds before gently wiping downward without rubbing. We also offer our Hydrating Make-Up Remover on our website as another option to use with the mascara. We hope this helps make removal easier and more comfortable for you. 🙏 Best regards, Cellmetics Team

Their mascara is touted to be the best for mature women. It irritated my eyes and was difficult to remove. They want you to buy their eye remover. Soap and water are a lot cheaper and have no strange chemicals. This may be a good mascara, but not for me.

Hi Glenda, Thank you for giving our mascara a try and sharing your experience. We’re sorry to hear it wasn’t a good fit for you and that you experienced irritation and difficulty with removal. We understand that everyone’s eyes and preferences can be different. Our Hydrating Make-Up Remover is simply an optional product, and it is not required to remove the mascara. If you’d like to discuss your experience further or need any assistance, please contact us at [email protected]. We’ll be happy to help. 🙏 Best regards, Cellmetics Team

Shipping was quick but very disappointed with the mascara. I curl my lashes and after applying the mascara they go straight immediately. Not at all as advertised.
