I have contacted the company three times using their email address and have never had a reply. I want to return a product. There is no 800 number you can use to call them apparently. Very unhappy.

I continue to be impressed and amazed by their customer service. After sending my email regarding my package being "stuck" at the last destination, not only did I get a response immediately, but miraculously, it arrived the next day. I was most leary about the quality of the mascara, so I opened the package immediately. The packaging was impressive, and the product case was impressive. I tried it and "Voila", it is as good as promised. My few eyelashes are now plump and thick. Cellmetics rates a 5 star, or in my review language, a giant YIPPEE!
