We take all customer inquiries seriously, and it's unfortunate to receive a negative review from someone who has never made a purchase from our company. We want to clarify several false claims made in this post: Our company is rated A+ with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) — this can easily be verified by visiting the BBB website and searching our business name. The Kyocera E7200 is sold as brand new in the original box, and includes a full manufacturer's warranty, as clearly stated in our listings. The claim that we are “not BBB accredited” is misleading. BBB accreditation requires businesses to pay membership fees, and while not all A+ rated businesses choose to pay for accreditation, our A+ rating reflects our long-standing reputation and customer service. Unfortunately, it appears this review was written with the intent to defame our company without ever having conducted business with us.
