Purchased a Motorola Moto G Power - 2025, unlocked. Tried for hours but could not activate. After speaking with carrier and with Motorola, they both confirmed the phone was locked to another carrier although the phone said it was unlocked. Which also means the phone was not new as represented. SHYSTERS!

Tried to buy a OnePlus 13r two times...both times the order was cancelled without notification. I am not sure why a product remains up for grabs if there is no stock, nor why it still remains available after I've been told twice it is not. It would be nice for Cellification to either change the stock status or at least send a notification email to alert cancellations. The one extra star I am giving comes from the company's quick review of things. At least I knew within 48 hours whether or not things were going to happen. Another website I tried to buy the phone at cancelled without notification after putting me on hold for 12 days.

I bought a cell phone from you guys and when I got in the mail it was not working I sent it back they sent me another one and this one works great thank you and I would never stop buying from you guys thanks again Wonderful great customer service

East ordering process the phone arrive quickly and works as intended will recommend cellification.com

I bought a Kyocera flip for my dad last month because he hated tiny phone screens and I work on a lab team dealing with remote site calls every single day. He has not complained once about the display since getting it and the device connects fine to the carriers we use for field checks without any problems.

Screen has burned in text and numbers at the bottom

Great website to find flip phones they the only source I could find the nokia 2780 every where j was looking for it was sold.out cellification is the only place I can find that had in stock the phone arrive brand. New condition and just as described very happy with this mobile phone

BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS! I purchased a Motorola moto g stylus 2025 - PANTONE Gibraltar Sea - Unlocked (SKU# 25989) phone advertised and described on their website. I wish I could include screenshots of; the Title of the AD that includes the discrption and SKU# 25989 (which if you google Motorola's SKU# 25989 it is only for a "Factory Unlocked 256gb of version of this phone" Motorola moto g stylus 2025 - PANTONE Gibraltar Sea) Also nowhere in the AD or the description does it say open box. What they sent to me was an "open box" ATT carrier unlocked phone with only 128gb storage and someone had already gone through the set-up process on the phone because it didn't ask me for my country or language or anything from the start up process on these phones. When I called he just kept getting louder telling me I don't know what I'm talking about that's not a Motorola SKU# it was theirs and arguing with me until I asked to text him a screenshot of the information verifying my claim and then after receiving that he said just send the phone back now and I said ok will you send me the right phone ( factory unlocked with 256gb new ) he said we don't have that version and told me to send the phone back that day and he will refund my money. It was already almost 3pm and I did not trust to receive a refund at least not without having more issues. I told him nevermind I'll just keep the phone and hung up. The phone I received does appear to be in great condition so I'd rather have something for my $230 then have my money in limbo forever. But to me FALSE ADVERTISING is never ok and I feel it is unnecessary and disrespectful. On top of everything for him to tell me more then 5 times that "I don't know what I'm talking about" when I have screenshots of the Ad title including the SKU# and it even says vended by Motorola, the full discrption where it leaves out it was a previously ATT locked carrier device that they unlocked with only 128gb, the fact that it's an open box, and NOT the device that SKU# is supposed to be and the fact that it wasn't just a mistake because they don't even have that actual phone they have advertised in stock is what really made me angry because I checked before I bought it and double checked before I called to resolve the issue. My advise is to skip these guys because they are LIERS. As you can see they responded I wish I could send screenshots but I copied and pasted the response I googled [ Motorola SKU 25989 ] Motorola SKU 25989 identifies the Moto G Stylus 2025 smartphone in the PANTONE Gibraltar Sea colorway, sold as a factory-unlocked device. [1] (cellification,com/products/motorola-moto-g-stylus-2025-pantone-gibraltar-sea-unlocked) So wether it is Motorola's SKU or theirs it says in the 4th line factory unlocked device and it wasn't and this phone factory unlocked only comes with 256gb of storage the lowered 128gb storage was only for carrier devices like this one from ATT And aside from all of that it was never described as an open-box product which violated law I googled [what is the law about misleading buyers on a website for buying cell phones sending unboxed when it doesn't say unboxed] Response Selling an unboxed cell phone without disclosing that it is unboxed is illegal under both federal and state consumer protection laws. Omitting the fact that it is open-box, unboxed, or refurbished is a form of fraud known as deceptive omission. Under Section 5 of the FTC Act.
