Tried to buy a OnePlus 13r two times...both times the order was cancelled without notification. I am not sure why a product remains up for grabs if there is no stock, nor why it still remains available after I've been told twice it is not. It would be nice for Cellification to either change the stock status or at least send a notification email to alert cancellations. The one extra star I am giving comes from the company's quick review of things. At least I knew within 48 hours whether or not things were going to happen. Another website I tried to buy the phone at cancelled without notification after putting me on hold for 12 days.

They sent me a phone that was different from the advertisement. It didn't work on my network. I had to pay the shipping for the exchange, lost time driving to the Post Office, and lost about 2 weeks overall. I asked to be compensated for shipping (not my time) and got ghosted. The eventual phone did match the description.

I ordered a cat s62 pro that has thermal imaging and spoke to them and specifically said it must have thermal and they send me the phone without the feature.i even asked to exchange it back and they say there's no more but still advertise it.granted it's a great phone but not what I paid for. Even tried to purchase a newer phone with thermal they advertise but they say they don't have any it's a scam

I ordered a hotspot from Cellification and when I powered it up the unit was stuck in a boot loop and was unusable. They approved an exchange but the second unit I sent had a defective battery that was bubbling and not holding charge. Additionally, that unit wasn't unlocked even though I purchased an unlocked device. Overall I chose Cellification because of their low prices, but in the end I ended up spending more because of having to ship a defective unit back to them, purchase a new battery, and unlock the device myself. To me this is shady behavior.

Found a phone I was interested in purchasing, but wanted to make sure it could ship on time. I called six times during office hours. Though I chose 'customer service', only once did someone pick up. He said he would transfer me to customer service, where no one ever picked up. They want customers to leave a voice message but part of the reason I need a new phone is because I don't have one to call!
