I purchased a new phone and received a used one

I don’t order a lot online their website and that was pretty thorough and they have good prices and everything seems fine. We’ll see.

very good knowledge reps placed an order they deliver the same day using local delivery service. same day shipping only cost $10 they also helped me to setup the phone very happy with my purchase and for sure will buy again from them.

The speaker on the phone doesnt work as it should. No one can understand what Im saying. Its all garbled and the backaground noise is extremely amplified. I would have returned it but according to the return policy I had to have the original packaging and i could not find it.

The order was confirmed on 10/17 (a Friday)When I booked it, It showed a shipping estimate of 5-8 days. Then when I called to get a tracking number, I was told it would arrive in early November. I got another tracking email via Stamps from the company, and that said the shipping address was to a different city. As of 10/21 the item has sat at the Brooklyn shippers awaiting their acceptance. Nobody from customer service has called or emailed back. The customer service hours listed on the website do not match their availability in reality. I can't believe they have such a high score and were recommended by Google. It is a very unprofessional company.

The slowest shipping procedure I've ever encountered. Don't expect your delivery quickly. 2 weeks to receive delivery is ridiculous. Never using Cellification again and advising others against it as well.

I ordered a Google Pixel 7a in Sea color, but the phone arrived in a plain white cardboard box with sticker marks and no branding whatsoever. The phone had no protective film and was simply wrapped in a loose plastic bag that wasn’t even sealed. The color is completely wrong — it’s a dark blue instead of the one I ordered. There is no way to tell what this phone even is. How can I know it’s new and genuine? The box contained absolutely nothing — no receipt, no markings, no warranty, nothing at all. It honestly felt like someone just threw in their used phone. This is completely unacceptable, especially since the website didn’t mention anything about the phone being unboxed or not new. I’m extremely disappointed with this store. It's a huge waste of time, and I sincerely hope I can return this item and get a full refund.

Received item at a great price. The item was shipped right away and their customer service was amazing!!
