Very Bad experience, i checked their websites, their price are too much higher than other sites. i checked two phones, whose price are higher than other sites like buy.com, cellhut.com and some other stores google products. Please update your site along with price also.

I was told that the phone was shipped 3 business days after I ordered it, but they didn't have a tracking number available yet. Found out a week later that the phone had not been shipped yet. Called again and it was shipped out later that day. Found out later the next week through tracking information that the phone had been shipped to my billing address instead of my shipping address. Called again and left more messages and didn't get a response back. Finally got a hold of someone and he basically told me that since the package had been accepted by someone at that address it wasn't their problem. We got into an argument and he eventually hung up on me. Called back several more times and got a hold of someone else who said to go ahead and have the phone shipped and they would refund my expenses. Finally received my phone to find out it wasn't the color I ordered. Not even sure that it is new, but it seems to work. 3 business days go by and no sign of a refund. Multiple calls and several messages later I get a call back from another rude customer service representative saying that they will issue me a refund. At this point I tell him that the color is also wrong and his response is "I guess you can send it back or you can deal with it". He is right I guess I will deal with it, but I hope that anyone who reads this will spend their money elsewhere. They may be cheap but you get the lousy service you pay for. By the way. I am still waiting on that refund.

I made at least 10 orders with cell2get for my company because my employees use push to talk cell phones. Cell2get has the best prices and selection hands down. every time i make a purchase from them my phone comes on time and their customer service is second to none. There are very few stores on the internet which continue to impress me on every order

Horrible,Trick, Said it was NEW, IT was refurbished... but for the price of a new phone. Total rip-off will never do business again. Be aware, stay away, do business elsewhere...
