Cell2Get IncReviews of cell2get.com

Before I bought from them, I did my research and saw that they were highly regarded, which surprised me since I’ve never heard of them before and I’ve been shopping online forever! But everything turned out good and I can’t really complain about anything, except that UPS delivered my stuff a day late!

I ordered this phone nearly a month ago and as I was having issues with my bank account my husband ordered one as well in case my bank account didn't allow the purchase as we could always send one back. I needed the phone immediately as mine wasn't working so I selected the UPS ground and UPS 2 day for the other one. After a couple days I called and asked why I hadn't recieved one of my phones yet and why I hadn't been provided with a Tracking Number. I was then told that it had shipped and I should see it in 3 to 5 days. Needless to say that didn't happen. Then I was told that there was only ONE tracking number. I didn't think it was possible but was told that yes in fact they were shipped together even though I had been told two days prior that my order had already shipped though my husbands hadn't. How does that work? To cut the story short we were told we would be refunded our shipping money and still haven't seen a dime. I got one phone a month later, and now am apparently supposed to be getting another one soon. Ya right! Anyways PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLACE!!! It's a horrible company that will take your time, money and will ruin your whole day! Please stay away from it!!!

A coworker recommended this store based on his mother’s cousin’s girfriend’s experience (how’s that for word-of-mouth!) and now I’m doing the same after three hassle-free purchases in a little over a year!

Good store. No-frills, nothing fancy, but no nonsense as well, just straightforward and what I want. I recommend them if you don’t like to shop and just want to get your stuff and get on with your life!

Just got my order so I’m posting this review. Everything came in on time, in the condition it should (brand-new).

Wow, I’ve never seen such a wide selection like I saw here, with models no longer available elsewhere still offered for sale! It’s like a time machine for cell phones if you really want something that’s been discontinued, whether it’s the handset itself or parts for it. I’ve only bought one thing so far and everything went smoothly like it’s supposed to but what really stands out for me is the clearly superior selection.

I got a phone from here as a gift from my girlfriend but I preferred another color so I called the company up to do an exchange and was pleased at how smoothly things went. I will definitely consider them for any future cell phone-related purchases I make!

Edit: Cell2Get has since shipped me a replacement battery and partially refunded the incorrect shipping charges. Still been an awful experience overall. Original review: STAY AWAY! I had an awful experience ordering a phone from cell2get.com. I ordered a phone with next day air shipping because I needed it quickly. I paid $60 for this service. Nothing happens for several days so I emailed and called cell2get to find out what was going on. After not picking up the phone five times throughout the day they answered on the 6th try. They proceeded to say that they would send me a tracking number. When I checked the tracking number, I realized that they had actually shipped my order using USPS priority mail (which costs around $9, not $60.) They refused to refund my shipping, saying I had to speak to a manager. It doesn't really matter what time of day you call, they are very unlikely to pick up the phone, so it's near impossible to talk to a manager. Not only that, but when I finally did get the phone, the package had been opened and no battery was included, so it was useless anyhow! I called them and they insisted I hadn't searched the box throughly. I searched for close to 10 minutes, the battery was not there. They begrudgingly said they would ship another one, but I still have no tracking number and no sign of the battery many days later. If they will refund the incorrect shipping and ship me a replacement battery I will edit my review to reflect that but as of now I must heartily recommend you stay as far away from this 'store' as possible.
