My dad liked this i-mate phone and he's into i-mate phones so i was looking for a new phone and this company actually had it and recommended the JAM instead of the PDAL which is a bit more. I was frustrated until I saw the price with other companies for the JAM and gave it a shot, they promised me a refund if I didnt like the phone....my dad LOVED the phone and it took 4 days to get here, its been like 5 months and 2 of my friends have shopped there and they both said it was what's up and really liked them, customer service was good, they answered all my questions and their recommendation helped alot too

Liars all the way. Lied when I called in saying they had the phone in stock and can ship it immediately. Charged me an arm and a leg for 2-day shipment ($45+ for $8 priority mail) Then did not ship the item (they did not have it). When I called in, they told me they already shipped. After waiting another week I file a dispute via credit card company. A week after that they ship something, I don't open the package and reject it - but they are still trying to charge me. Slimeballs...
