The whole process was very smooth. The product was recieved on time and in perfect condition as promised. I will definitely use this mechant again, the order process was fast and efficient. Have not received merchandise thus far. Shipping was unclear as it said free same day shipping on website but then a price came up at the end. Guess I didn't read the "fine print". Not a big deal. Great service otherwise

price is competitive, but it took more than 1 week to get shipping status and 2 weeks to get the phone but when the phone finally arrived it was as advertise. I called Customer service and the make up for delay and send me a free case and car charger. I will definitely consider to buy another phone from them

I was at first wary about dealing with cell2get.com due to the some of the other reviews I have read. LG G3 D855 on Oct 15th. The price was great but the free shipping was going to take 14 days....you get what you pay for. I ended up paying a little more at a brick and mortar and decided to cancel before it shipped out. When I called to cancel the order I spoke with Anita whom then transfered me to Jerry. I told Jerry I really was not happy and didnt feel this was fair, he told me he would take it up with his manager. After speaking with his manager he said he would give a full refund. They were reluctant at first but they are not entirely unreasonable. As far as customer service I can genuiely say that Jerry was not rude, had proper etiquette and even advocated on my behalf to his manager. I was really worried about how difficult this process would be, but now I am relieved and I want to thank Jerry for going out of his way to ensure I would be happy even though I cancelled my order and they are not profitting from me. I understand people get frustrated with wait times and I really cant comment on the merchandise, but I can say that cancelling the order for a full refund was not a problem and Jerry really does care about customer service.
