On a Friday I placed my order. I spent an extra $40 to have it shipped overnight. On Tuesday it still said order pending so I called and someone told me it had shipped. I called back later to confirm and he said it was shipped overnight and gave me a tracking number that LINKED TO SOME RANDOM PERSON IN TEXAS THAT WOULD BE RECEIVING THEIR PACKAGE ON THE CORRECT DAY!!!! I live in Florida.... I had to call back AGAIN and they were like Oh sorry.. we're sending it 2-3 busn day express and with usps even though you paid for fedex. they gave me yet another fake tracking number. when I finally received the right tracking number it was for OVERNIGHT delivery so it hadnt even left the warehouse until the day before they sent it out. I purchased the phone on OCTOBER 9TH and they told me after receiving it I would be refunded in 2-3 weeks. THEY DID NOT POST THIS ONTO MY ACCOUNT UNTIL NOVEMBER 24TH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was a couple steps away to starting a litigation court. So glad I did not have to waste my time and energy on that.. That was ridiculous.

Great prices and easy purchasing. The only problem I had was trying to get APO/FPO billing and shipping addresses into the ordering page buy other then that Superb service with great low prices. The staff is always courteous and willing to help however they can. I appreciate that cell2get offers many different payment and shipping options for orders also.

I've visited the cell2get site numerous times but was reluctant to order from Canada. However, the range of products is vast and the prices are compelling (especially during sales). I've checked with friends who have ordered across the border and they've been satisfied with the speed and results. I like how the overall costs are shown (shipping + customs). There shouldn't be any surprises. The drawback? Returns would be a hassle. Since we checked carefully before buying, we're not expecting to send anything back.

cell2get are very helpful and my product came working and sealed. My only problem was with Fedex not cell2get because they took a very long time to deliver my product, hopefully they will swich to UPS in the future but other than that they have excellent costumer service and a wide range of devices. Their prices aren't always cheap but you are paying for unlocked and unsubsidized devices and great costumer service

Customer service was excellent, shipping arrived 2 days earlier then promised. All correspondence via email was answered within the hour. Great company to work with.

Extremely satisfied. Excellent service, great quality product, large choice, super fast shipping. After sale service is also super courteous, speedy and easy... Well there is nothing to add, if I could have added stars, I would have! I will definitely recommend cell2get to anyone looking for non-contract cell phone. they are very professional, amazing prices, online site is well organized

i had an issue with an order that was not the fault of cell2get, and they corrected the issue immediately. They are quick to respond to emails and offer personalized service. Their pricing on all of the items I ordered was better than anyone else on the shopping search from google. This was only my 2nd order from them, but each time they responded to sales questions, and the issue with this order, immediately. It was easy to get in contact with them and they were quick to show there's a human behind the website and they care about customer service. They'll be my first stop for all future orders, even if they're priced a little higher. You just don't find this level of service today.
