Phone arrived early Friday morning had issue getting it activated called them they helped me to get activated phone working good

I ordered a new product with paid for 2 day FEDEX shipping. The phone was never sent by FEDEX, sent by regular mail and not express. They weren't able to give me a tracking number (be email) for 2 days and when I finally called, they said it would be there by the end of the night and hung up the phone. Well, it wasn't here. Phone was delivered 3 days late. When I finally received the product, after opening the box I realized that the phone and the battery had been previously water damaged and it did not come with original cord and plug. The return process is a nightmare. They will not let you return until you have an authorization code given by their company! But if you do not give it back in time, they charge you extra fees. Basically this company is just trying to get every dollar they can out of you and don't care what products they sell and if you are a happy costumer. Never again will I use this company.

Ordered cell phone and case. Paid for 2-5 day shipping. Called on day 7 and was told my order was shipped 3 days before. When I received phone I noticed that it had actually been shipped 2 days after I had called. Did not receive case. Called back and was told that case would be shipped from different location and arrive within a week. Now, 4 days later and have not received it yet but expect that I will eventually.
