the phone i received is great customer support been great before and after the sale its great when you can actually talk to live rep instead of using email and just keep waiting until you will get an answer phone received is great had issue contact cell2get and they replaced the phone in 1 day great store will shop here agian

That need to let you know really what kind of shape the phones are in like , new but used or heavily used or beat up a bit lol.

On the plus side, I found the service and the shipping to be prompt. On the negative side, the web page did not indicate that the product would not be in new condition. The product arrived in a non-OEM box. It was not clear to me if it was use or refurbished. The chargers were not Samsung chargers. I would like the site to be more upfront about the condition of the product being sold.

Pros: Online transaction was smooth, and this vendor runs the on the low end of expense for older model smart phones. Cons: Bank account still hasn't been charged a week after I placed my order, and I haven't received tracking. Would be a better experience if they would at least inform me of when my order will be processed. Would like to know expected ship date, carrier, and ship method.

Recipient phone in timely matter but however is not new as I was told. Phone is in decent shape but you could tell it wasn't new. Don't false advertise your product.

I ordered a gray galaxy s6 active from cell2get. I called them first to ensure the phone would be brand-new, sealed, in the box. I chose the free shipping option, because at 2 1/2 weeks until Christmas, it didn't make sense to pay extra for shipping. I received an email confirming the order, but never received a shipping confirmation. Nearly a week after the order, I am worried it's not going to arrive by Christmas, so I called the store. They will not commit to sending me a shipping confirmation email, but say if I call back later, they can get me a tracking number. Starting to sound a little fishy. Finally the next day, I get in touch with them again and receive a DHL tracking number through USPS. It only tracks departure and delivery, but shows the phone shipping out of China. I call the store again to confirm this is a genuine samsung, brand new in the box and am told it is. I was also told if I had paid extra for shipping, the phone would have shipped from NY instead of China. That would have been nice to know. The phone finally arrived yesterday. Still within the shipping window of 5-10 days. Unfortunately, it arrived in an obviously damaged, opened, used box, and the phone is blue not gray. I paid for a new, gray phone with a warranty, so I've been trying to reach their store this morning. Still not answering. Here's hoping they stand by their agreement and resolve the issue appropriately. I will update my review based on whether I can reach them and how they respond.
