Ordered a Usb modem and was exactly like was presented a new one and shipped on time. Melvin even went above and beyond when the postal service was running late and sent another one since I needed it for my trip! Great place to buy phones and all cellular items. You can count on cell2get! Excellent communication and easy to work with ,reliable and awesome knowledge of products!!

I ordered two phones with three-day delivery. After waiting a week I called cell2get and they said they would refund the shipping fee and overnight the phones, I would receive tracking info via email. Two days later I hadn't received tracking info, called, and I was told the exact same thing: they will overnight the next day, await the email. This happened three more times, finally the manager called me after I told cell2get I wanted a refund. He said I would be refunded. The phones arrived today (more than two weeks after my order), the refund hasn't been given so I'll keep the phones and the charges. The process was infuriating.

Ordered a new 4G phone. They sent me a clearly used 3G phone with a charger that was pieced together from the dollar store in an unlabeled box. I asked for a shipping label since I didn't receive what I ordered and the customer service rep is arguing with me like I personally offended him. It's bizarre and they are clearly swindlers.

Thank you for your order and this feedback. We regret your dissatisfaction please see item description for the phone you ordered its shows it was advertise correctly as 3g device the model you purchase is e4520 this is 3g NOT 4g https://www.cell2get.com/kyocera-c-74/kyocera-duraxv-512mb-e4520-cdma-verizon-24-tft-display-256mb-r-p-8356.html stated on item description Due to recent Verizon policy changes on 3G devices please make sure to check with Verizon before buying if you will be able to activate the phone model on your plan They may no longer activate this model on contract plans but it will activate well for Prepaid as well as Page Plus, SelectTel Red Pocket and any other carrier that works off Verizon Towers. Verizon has stopped activating CDMA (3G) phones for new customers since July 2018, except for prepaid service. You should only buy this phone if you: 1) are a current Verizon subscriber who wants to replace your phone, or 2) plan to use Verizon prepaid service (new or existing account). Do not buy this phone if you are not currently a Verizon subscriber, unless you plan to use Verizon prepaid service. if you like call us 718-513-3100 we can help you to get exchange to model # e4610 this is 4g device Thank You,

I can't believe all the fake 5 star reviews. Be warned, this site is a scam and there is already an investigation going on. Read the complaints on the BBB website.

I woke up one day and my phone would not turn on-I was freaking out because I had to leave town that day. I called this company (after a rapid search online for a new phone), and reached Melvin who immediately helped locate the new phone I wanted. I requested online to ship it overnight and and begged melvin to get it over as soon as possible to me, and he quickly got me all set so I was able to make my the wait for the day. Even more, he was able to revive my phone so that I could use my current phone in the mean time! He was knowledgeable, provided INCREDIBLE service and was extremely friendly and sweet. I am so grateful to him for helping me out! I will be a customer for life :)

I initially bought from this store for the first time a week ago and spoke with melvin about the phones I was interested in that would work with AT&T's is service. Melvin was very knowledgeable about each phone I was interested in, the cost of the phone. Melvin was extremely patient with me and all the questions I asked. I promise him I was going to return the next day but things happened and I was not able to return until today. Today I dealt with Adam, who was also very patient and knowledgeable with everything my husband and I was looking for. We upgraded our phones and even got the AT&T service installed for 30 days which adam mentioned and told us all about. I've been dealing with the same cell2get salesperson for many years but he's been promoted so I had to find a new store. I must say this store online will be my new store and with great sales agents like Melvin and Adam, I'm sold. I've been an cell2get customer for almost 20 years and I must say they never fail.
