Just bought my second case, love the products. I have opted for the sheath both times, such a good case! Customer service is also excellent from their team. Highly recommend Caudabe!

Bought a caudabe veil and it became very loose after 6 months. Contacted them for a replacement under warranty - they would take days to respond to each email back and forth. After finally sending a new case, for some reason it got held up at usps. I suspect they used the cheapest shipping option possible. Anyway, it’s been a month since I contacted them and I’m still using the old loose case. I certainly won’t be buying from them again, and I would encourage anybody to think twice because they don’t deserve to be in business.

The customer service is great if you ever needed. I’ve been using their cases since iPhone XR and the quality of their product has always been excellent.

S24 Ultra case ordered on 26 Nov. Shipping confirmed with estimated delivery 3-5 Dec. Followed up on 10 Dec for update and was asked to give it more time. On 16 Dec I asked for a refund and for the order to be cancelled as this is getting ridiculous. Their response was "No worries - your order is still on the way! ....." It's 19 Dec with no phone case and no refund. Disappointed! Goods now received 20 Dec
