CaudabeReviews of caudabe.com

My favorite case hands down. Im not big on cases because I feel they are too bulky. I prefer sleek and smooth. I purchase every flagship whether it's Samsung or iPhone and I always purchase this case the Caudabe Sheath. It's perfect ! Company provides excellent shipping and the presentation of the cases are always a nice plus ! Will be looking for either the 16 pro or 17 pro iPhone case real soon!

I was initially drawn to Caudabe for its sleek design, but my experience with their warranty process has been nothing short of infuriating. My case broke after a few months, and while they acknowledged the defect, their so-called "warranty replacement" turned out to be a paid upsell—offering me a different case while charging me a fee, plus shipping. Let’s be clear: a warranty exists to replace defective products, not to nickel-and-dime customers with additional charges. When I pushed back and expressed my disappointment, they simply stopped responding—a blatant lack of professionalism and accountability. If you expect a company that stands behind its products, look elsewhere. There are plenty of brands that offer both quality cases and honest customer service—unfortunately, Caudabe is not one of them.

I am first time Caudabe Synthesis buyer. Well the first case was defective (had a cut on the side). I sent email to support and thankfully they sent me replacement. I guess that I am not lucky person. The second case is defective also. Its like stretched on one of the side and stays kind of open. Again I sent email to support and let see what will be their answer. Oh also important thing is that if you charge the phone with MagSafe the ring mark stays there. No matter how I tried to wipe/clean it. I heard very good things about Caudabe and thats why I purchased it, but unfortunately very disappointed. Sorry Caudabe!! I am going back to my Speck Presidio 2 grip

This case is simply better than any other case I have ever used for my phone, and I have tried several top rated name brands over the years. Also, I have always resisted lens protectors because I didn't want air bubbles etc., but the lens protector by Caudabe is literally crystal clear with no debris or bubbles. Tough products and outstanding customer support.

Love the case!! Just what I wanted. Had some issues getting my order delivered due to mistakenly leaving a typo in my address, and their wonderful support team sent me a new free case to make sure I could get one. Very punctual and gracious with email communication. Thank you!

The folks at Caudabe are simply awesome! I had an issue with my iPhone 16 Pro Sheath case. They replied to my email within 24 hrs, and replaced my case with a new one. They were polite and professional from start to finish. I’ve purchased Caudabe cases for my last two phones and I won’t even look at another brand when it’s time for the next one. Caudabe… classy through and through.

Can’t say enough about the customer service from Caudabe. I ordered 2 cases that were never received by the post office. After a quick check, Caudabe quickly sent out another set which were received a few days later. Kudos to Caudabe. I’ll be a repeat customer for a long time!

Amazing cases and a great team! Super friendly, helpful and great customer service. Cases are minimalistic, great protection and lasts a long time! Worth getting. Def recommend.
