Wish you had shipping alternatives to Fedex- I have had NOTHING BUT SERIOUS PROBLEMS ON EVERY SHIPMENT NOT DELIVERED, BUT SHIPPED BY Fedex. I live in a locked apartment building, with access the postal service has. Fedex doesn't have the access key, so I've had to leave the apartment access unlocked from 8 AM to 8 PM. Even posting that for the Fedex driver, they still NEVER delivered ANY incoming packages. Because of that, I had my order sent to a friend I will be seeing Thanksgiving weekend in Alabama. If I cannot get replacement filters sent via the US postal service, it will be the last shipment I order, because NO ONE (myself included) pays for something THEY KNOW THEY WILL NEVER GET because of the incompetence of the delivery 'service'.

I would like to give you guys a 5, however I need a longer strap! Is there any way you can send me a longer strap?

I found CastleGrade through Instagram and thought it was worth a shot to try out and I’m certainly glad that I did! I have 4 autoimmune conditions and live in an apartment building with 300 people. I am young and look healthy so it is an invisible illness and people aren’t aware I’m immune compromised. I was wearing a cloth mask but felt people weren’t being respectful and wearing their masks around me and also not socially distancing. The mask gives me peace of mind that I’m well protected when out living my life and I’m not paranoid when people invade my space (stuck in a tiny elevator etc). Reducing anxiety helps support your immune system by the way... The mask seemed promising and the company is so transparent with their claims and test results that I felt I could trust them. The mask itself is great. It was definitely a learning curve but I much prefer to wear it now over a cloth mask. No mask is truly comfortable but this is the most comfortable one I’ve found especially given the protection level. I felt there was an adjustment period of feeling claustrophobic but that passes fairly quickly and becomes easier to breathe in the more it’s worn. The pocket in front of your mouth/nose allows for an easy flow of air. Watch their YouTube videos to ensure you’re fitting it correctly and getting a good seal. I struggled for a little bit but their video was a big help. I love how easy it is to change out, clean, wipe down with alcohol wipes etc The company’s customer service is truly great and shows how they are here for customers and striving to make a product we want. The addition of ear straps is super helpful if you only want to wear the mask for a short time, or if you’re like me and have curly hair where the head strap can be a nightmare to get on and off if wearing hair down. I now have 5 masks in my family so obviously think they’re great and will continue to buy them. Masks aren’t foolproof against getting covid but it’s safe to say that you should be as prepared as you can when leaving your house and this certainly provides that protection.

I ordered and was charged for this mask in March and have waited patiently for months and months. Every time I contacted you I was given a typical "Trumpish" reply, "It's right around the corner" or "We're shipping next week." I still have no mask.
