Very disappointed in Castle Grade Company. I reached out about getting an face strap since the email stated they are included with the head strap for all masks ( had proof). The person I chatted with was really rude and didn’t seem very helpful kept ignoring my question pretty much .They explained that it not with it because I paid a great price which didn’t make sense to me. I even contacted the CEO Dan Castle and I didn’t get an response from him either. I wouldn’t purchase an mask from the company ever again. I should of looked away after I saw they didn’t have an 1800 number for the first start.**** Updated 2/28/2021 an guy contacted me from company and sent out the ear strap for free. He was nice and helpful my husband happy . I updated my review to 3 stars took time to get my issue resolved.

The mask is pretty small. I'm 5'-11" and 170 lbs, so not large or overweight, using the medium to large mask. It's difficult to get an air tight seal, and even when that is possible it's easily broken. My 3M respirator has no issues like that and also has a silicon face plate. Major difference there is more space between your face and the filter. Castle Grade should look at that design and see what can be improved in theirs. Average sized guys are probably going to have an issue with the fit. Might help if you have a small nose. Even smaller guys should probably get the medium to large size. I would buy an extra large version if it comes out due to the high build quality.

The product seems to be very good.. the delivery took forever.

I hesitate to give this fewer than two stars, because it's well-made and sturdy, and its filtering mechanism is probably as effective as claimed. But it's too small to fit my face, and I am no giant. I stand 5'11" and weigh about 200 lb, and I can't get this mask to cover both my nose and my chin. It's hard to find a way to position it on my face and obtain the full masking efficiency of the device. I would not buy this again, and I would not recommend it to a friend.

Mask fit well and filters were easy to place. However, I bought this specifically to use on a flight, and at the Delta ticket counter I was informed that a filtered mask was not allowed. They didn’t accept my explanation about the thicker filter, and my new $36 mask was essentially useless. Delta passengers take note!

I feel the product is overpriced. Medium/large fit was not comfortable. Charging an extra $14.00 for ear loop straps on top of everything else was annoying. Conceptually a good product but just didn't tick all the boxes for me.

Materials look great and quality seems good. Unfortunately it simply wouldn’t fit my face without leaking, nor my wife’s, nor my brother in Law’s. So, not safe enough to use for us in this pandemic, particularly with me working in the hospital. Too bad. I understand why returns aren’t possible during a pandemic, but a little bummed to spend the money on a product that we’re unable to use.

This is a good quality mask. Fits me but does not fit my wife. the mask needs to be slightly larger for adults. With smiling, the seal breaks. When face is at rest, wears well. Filter is easy to exchange. Colors are goods. Strap replacements are very expensive. For price of mask, should come with both ear loops and behind head strap. I recommend, but far from perfect.
