Love my mask
Even though there was a delay in shipment (back order), I was kept aware of the current status and there was never a problem.

Need to make the mask extra large cause…
Need to make the mask extra large cause the med/large that i got is tight and small. But you can tell that it could be comfortable if we can have a mask for big round faces like mind. 🙂

As far as I can tell
As far as I can tell, the G-9 Castle Grade respirator is protective against the noel coronavirus. I just now went to University of Washington Dermatology to make an appointment and I was wearing my G-9 and I was requested to cover same with a non-95 mask. Go figure!

Thanks Rebecca. We actually hold orders for a day or two in case someone changes their mind since all sales are final. We give people as many chances to cancel their order because once we ship we can’t accept a return or exchange because of PPE rules our partners follow. I’m glad you still think we ship quickly :)

A+++ all around!
Everything about CastleGrade is top notch, from the products to the customer service and everyone involved in the brand. I have the mask and the ear straps and finally feel safe and protected when leaving home. The mask is actually comfortable and you can breath well all things considered. Also so great that there are a varied if cute colors.

The mask has been everything I’d hoped
The mask has been everything I’d hoped. Living in an area of high Covid rates as well as devastating fires, it has given me a sorely needed sense of security. The fit is comfortable, filters easily replaced, and instructions clear and concise. I’ve recommended it to all friends and family.

These masks were exactly as advertised
These masks were exactly as advertised. I would have given them a five start for marketing accurately. However for both my husband and me, we did not like how the fit or felt on our face.
