I just got the mask, and it does seal pretty well, and breathes reasonably well. I can't get the strap to fit comfortably though. One part is tight enough, or even too tight, while the other part is very loose. Maybe I'm missing something about how it works. I wore it for about an hour and the tightness started to bother me a bit, and the seal felt a bit less secure by the end, but I think that may just take some getting used to. ETA: I've ordered the ear straps to try out. Thanks for offering to refund the shipping.

The order was sent out the next day and well in advance of the two week projected delivery. The small mask fits snuggly and is comfortable to wear. I bought it to wear on an airplane and will keep you posted with my success. Thanks!

It took a while to get my products because the company is backed up on orders. Nevertheless, they were very open about the situation and always let me know where things were. For one followup order, they contacted me about a delivery issue, and gave me several options -- then shipped a partial order while they wait to receive new stock on the rest of my order. Every part of my experience has been good. The G20 mask I received is the best of any I have tried to date. It seals tightly to my face, and it does not fog my glasses at all. The straps go around the back of the head, which helps to secure a firm fit. It can get a little uncomfortable after wearing several hours straight, but it has not been enough to bother me -- especially given how well it works otherwise. As long as you replace the filters regularly, it is claimed to perform as good or better than the N95 medical masks. For someone who really wants protection for themselves as well as for others, I strongly recommend this product.

I like the G series mask a lot more than the cloth or paper masks. I have glasses so the silicone mask fits much snugger and my glasses don't fog

This mask is very comfortable and the sealing is great. It’s important you get the right size however. Also the customer service at this company is superb, they back up what they say. I plan on buying these masks for my kids as well.

there's definitely been a manufacturing or supply issue. after not receiving a long awaited packaged i reached out to cs they were great from there. upfront information would have been better

Order took forever to arrive and substitutions had to be incorporated because of supply shortages. Following extravagant advertisement service did not meet even minimal standards. Haven't used the product because company's unacceptable delay and shortage required that I invest in more readily available alternatives which I am benefiting from and using instead.
