My husband and I are both essential workers, so to have something like the Castlegrade masks, that actually provide us with real protection, is essential. We also live with two immunocompromised family members, so these masks help us to feel that we aren't bringing something home to them that their bodies can't handle right now. The masks are comfortable and easier to breathe in than our cloth masks with filters, so we are happy customers and will continue to purchase!

Our masks arrived today. They fit well - a G8 for my wife and a G9 for me. The around-the-ear straps we ordered additionally are worth the extra charge, as we like that convenience. Initially there was some customer service confusion as to whether a partial shipment was possible within the constraints of their fulfillment system - but they seem to have gotten that worked out.

I am a retired NYPD Detective and Infantry Marine. I use this mask all the time while running errands and also while exercising at the gym. It fits properly. The mask is very comfortable, lets you breathe without discomfort while protecting you at the same time. The filter is easily replaceable. A must have for any first responders.

I love the fact that it’s the 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐍𝟗𝟓 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐛𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐅𝐃𝐀 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧’𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐯𝐞𝐬. It makes me feel safe especially when working so close to my clients. ⁣ ⁣ Unlike a cloth mask, this 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟-𝐬𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐬𝐞𝐚𝐥. The benefit to that is knowing nothing is going in or out without going through a filter. The downsides are that the mask will press against your face to create that tight seal, so there will be a learning curve when putting on the mask properly and it may take a few more minutes than usual. ⁣ ⁣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫! I must admit, I detested putting this mask on because the around the head straps just weren’t comfortable for me regardless if I had my hair down or in a pony tail. Now with the ear loops, it’s much easier to put on and off and doesn’t tug at the minimal hair that I do have on my head. ⁣ ⁣ The sound of my voice is a bit muffled in comparison to a cloth mask but nothing where my clients couldn’t understand me. I do make an effort to not talk too much in the mask because with all the heat, condensation does build up and sometimes I can feel it dripping inside the mask. It’s no fault to the product because it is made out of silicone and there isn’t any fabric to catch the condensation. The benefit to that is 𝐍𝐎 𝐌𝐀𝐒𝐊𝐍𝐄! Yes, you read that correctly. Because there isn’t a piece of fabric that’s wet and being pressed against your face for an extended duration, you don’t get acne in those areas. ⁣ ⁣ I’ll definitely continue to use this mask for work because the pros definitely outweigh the cons. The Castlegrade mask is far superior to any other mask I have purchased. The mask is extremely comfortable and the fact that it is reusable and washable puts it in a class of its own . It exceeds expectations for safety and its customer service is exemplary.I highly recommend the mask to anyone who is committed to safety during these challenging times.

I’m one of those people who hasn’t left the house since March (yes even still doing curbside grocery pickup 8 months into this), so just know I take this seriously. I love that it not only protects others, but it protects the wearer too—something that is really hard to come by with masks. The design is so smart and it’s really comfortable to wear.
