I was quite surprised to receive my check on Friday as promised. This was the first time I interacted with CFD and thought it was a hoax. To my pleasant surprise it was not and I want to thank CFD for being such a blessing and a company with integrity.

UPDATE: After a long conversation on the phone with this customer, he was provided with photos from the inspection report that clearly show that the box was received was addressed to us. He initially requested this free mail kit that included this pre-paid return box back in June 2022. It is not unusual to us that customers will keep our INDESTRUCTO boxes for years. We often get products sent back to us in boxes that are years old! We understand that he may have intended for the items to be shipped to a company in Ohio that claims would have paid him more (we have no affiliation with that company so we cannot verify his claims) but we are located in Florida and the only way it ended up at our warehouse is because it was addressed to us. We sent him a check for the value of the product exactly according to our payout sheet. We have asked him to remove this review and do hope that he does so. Hi Larry, Thank you so much for leaving your review. We are very surprised and hurt by your 1-star review. We reviewed your inspection report (including the photos taken during the inspection process) and you used our pre-paid return box to send us supplies. The label on the box clearly states CASH FOR DIABETICS with our address in Delray Beach, FL, which is why it was sent to us. You were paid exactly as promised you would be paid for the supplies that you sent. We are sorry if you intended to send your supplies to a competitor but please understand that from our perspective considering you used our box and we paid for the shipping for that product to be returned to us. We see that we mailed you a check for the value of those products on May 20th. We do see that it has not yet been cashed. We would be happy to send you a replacement check but we are not able to return your supplies as we do not return any product that is sent to us. We do look forward to hearing from you and hope that you consider changing your review as the receipt of goods was of no fault of our own.
