Quick, easy, and convenient. Fast pay. I was a little frustrated this time, I wanted to send in a Dexcom Sensor and instructed to call them first and I tried calling at least 6 to 8 times and the calls were never answered. I left a message several times and never received a returned call. I emailed as well. No response.

Our records do show that we responded to your email on June 10th at 7:13pm which was the same day that you email us. It is possible that our customer service agent saw your voicemails and then your email decided that an email response was sufficient. Simply put, we should have also followed up with a phone call to make sure that your question was answered. We do truly apologize for that failure on our part! We really appreciate this feedback.
