Fast and efficient
Very easy to send out strips because packaging is provided. The check comes back quickly which I like. No complaints.

When I mailed my strips they were new…
When I mailed my strips they were new and none of the boxes were damaged as you claimed. You ripped me off and I will never trust you again. If you ever make a claim like this to anyone else you need to return the strips or take a picture of said damage and let the person request them back because we can still use them. Our insurance is changed over 700 dollars and you give us maybe a fraction of that. Very disappointed.

Cynthia, thank you so much for your review. We are not insurance or big pharma and we are not in this to make obscene profits but we do have to set prices that allow us to be in business for a long time. We like that we can help mitigate the cost of diabetes for thousands of our customers while helping lower the cost for thousands of others. We take photos of every inspection and would always be more than happy to provide them to you with an explanation for why certain damage was unacceptable and others acceptable. One of the reasons we cannot offer higher prices to start is because the strips we receive are not "brand new" but we do like them to be as close to MINT condition as possible so that we can give the highest possible payout!
