Why do I get pay less just because…
Why do I get pay less just because without a logical reason, I feel rip off and taking advantage, if you are not going to pay what you promised send me back my stuff. You don't have the right to keep it and no pay for. Too many times has happened.

Jose, thank you so much for the review! We see that you were a long time and consistent customer of ours. We will reach out directly but each time you received your check you also received a letter explaining the pay out. Each time, it showed that a discount was applied to your boxes for severe damage, mostly due to an improperly removed label. We send that letter so that our customers will know exactly the reason for the payout and so that in the future they will know what types of boxes to send in to receive the full payout. We pay a very hefty price for shipping so we do our best to explain up front on our website and after in the letter sent with your check exactly what type of damage is acceptable so that there should be no surprises.

Normally, I am VERY happy with your services but, the last time I sent you 2 boxes of the Accu Check Aviva plus, in excellent condition, you only paid me for 1, with no explanation as to why. I asked you to please take care of the situation nicely. I was ignored. Once again, please attend to this situation so that we can continue to do business together again. Thank you.

Every time I send in strips according…
Every time I send in strips according to the website then there is a deduction or excuse for why you do not pay the full amount. I take pictures and document everything perfect but still you say there is always something wrong and you with hold money for. Feel like you are always ripping me off.

It would have been for more but 3 of your boxes expired within the 3-9 month window and were discounted 50% per our expiration policy. A previous shipment was discounted because one your boxes had a broken seal and for the health and safety of our customers we cannot purchase boxes that have been opened. If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to reach out to us! We would be happy to show you the photos we took of your inspection, including expiration dates on each box.

I have always had a great experience…
I have always had a great experience with cashfordiabetics. They make it very easy to sell unused diabetic testing strips. And the turn around for payment is also very prompt! I would recommend this company to all of my friends. The only thing that would make it better is if they bought boxes of the lancets also 😉
