Hi Steve! Thank you for your review! We wish that we had more control over our prices but unfortunately, we are at the mercy of our customers. Big pharma controls the pricing by determining the available supply in the market. However, please keep an eye out because they do often go up!!

Very Disappointed!
I've been sending supplies to your company for quite some time and it seems like the quality control area is becoming untrustworthy. I know exactly how to ship my supplies so when I get a letter back not even explaining why you're only paying me for half of what I shipped it makes me wonder why am I still doing business with this company and therefore I'm not.

Lisa, we have reached out directly! This is the first that we are hearing that you are having an issue with our company after years of sending us test strips! We have sent you an email with photos from your recent inspection reports that show the permanent ink markings that were on your boxes that resulted in the half pays for a small number of your boxes.
