You sent me a price list for $100 a box and then sent me back $50 a box saying the price changed between the time I got the price list and I sent it out very poor service.

Herb, thank you so much for your review! It means the world to us that you would take the time to help us improve as a company. We are sorry that you feel our pricing is deceptive. Please note that the price table included with your kits states in BOLD and underlined that our prices are subject to change. Had the prices gone up then you would have been paid more! In fact this happened to you twice last year! You sent us back GREAT strips on two different occasions that were tied to kits with included price sheets that stated we paid out $32 per box but you received $46 and then $50 per box because that was the price we paid at the time of inspection!

Last time I sent 2 test slip cans. Thay didn't oa_ because not in box. All the other times I Sr t them in that way it was fine.

Wilmer, we are going to reach out directly to you! Your last shipment included two loose vials and for the health and safety of our customers we do not purchase loose vials and never have. In fact, you have NEVER sent us loose vials before. You have always sent us unopened, manufacturer sealed boxes! We place the following statement in all caps right above the price table both on our website and included with your kit: "If your boxes have LESS than 3 Months until expiration, are opened/unsealed, expired, or are a brand not listed below, we will NOT pay for them OR return them." We are not sure why you thought we would pay for those and are as shocked as you because you had never sent us loose vials before!

They took a considerable amount of boxes claimed they were damaged. I don't think they were. Very disaappointing.

I was not paid what was promised because test strips a couple days into the six months before expiration There response is the same thing they told me before didn’t satisfy me then doesn’t satisfy me now. I switched companys

Hi Clyde, we are going to reach out directly! You were still paid for your test strips just 50% less because when we received them on December 23, 2021 they were just a few days more than 8 months from their expiration on 8.30.22. Our full payout goes to strips that are more than 10 months from expiration so sadly you missed the cut off for a full payout by almost a month. For the health and safety of our customers, we cannot have any sort of leeway when it comes to expiration dates. Just like you wouldn't purchase a gallon of milk a couple of days past its expiration the same goes for test strips. We must treat everyone the exact same with something as objective as the expiration date.

i sent in my boxes and they were in good shape ..the date were to the next year or so nothing wrong with boxes...the Pay is Low....when a 50 box was $16 to $20 and 100 box of strips you want to pay $6.....Not satisfied at all....you find things wrong and pay people less...are co pay are more than you are paying....No Thanks waste of Time so me and 10 other are not going to send nothing else!!!!!!!

Hi Faizah, thank you so much for reaching out to us! We are going to reach out directly to explain your payout and send you photos from your inspection report to show the condition at which we are receiving your boxes. Your payout for strips changed because you are now sending us a DIFFERENT type of test strip than you were before, not because we the price was lowered.
