CaselesReviews of caseles.com

The case is good but I didn't receive a privacy screen protector.. they gave me the wrong type of screen protector.... I ended up getting the premium tempered screen protector NOT THE PRIVACY SCREEN PROTECTOR WHICH I PICKED

The quality of the item I purchased turned out to not be well-designed or produced. The materials were cheap, not worth the asking price. Really disappointing.

Update. The only real problem so far is I overpaid massively. Orders from the site ship direct from China. If I wanted to wait 3 weeks for my case to show up I would have just bought one on Ali Express for a much better price, and probably would have gotten it within two weeks. I will never order from this company again. Figure out a way to cut down shipping a LOT for the price point. As of now it's been over two weeks and USPS finally has it in Queens NY. Update. Got case today. Order was 100% correct. Case still is not perfect but does fit well and the materials are on par with what I would have gotten elsewhere. I do still feel the price point requires way faster direct shipping. From a person that works in logistics, you will solve every 1 star rating and I know it can be done relatively easy. I do like the case, but come on, the Florida box and Florida sticker. It shipped from CHINA! For that you keep the one star. Ali Express ships faster. They have responded to me personally with full transparency on where they are trying to get their business. I understand why they went the way they have. I gave them some advise. I have a background in business and work in logistics for a multi-billion dollar business. I don't know how much of my advice they will use. I like what was sent and my order was correct. Sourcing is an issue and logistics is the hardest part of a start up like this. Give them a chance. The wait is hard to swallow, but the product is good and they're trying to grow.

I found the perfect phone case/wallet that I didn't even know I needed. The descriptions and pictures of the item where clear and made my decision easy. I am disabled and have a ton of video appointments so the removable phone option is perfect. This case has even eliminated my need to carry a purse. I would give them 5 stars but didn't recieve my free magnetic charger with my order. Customer support addressed this issue right away when I contacted them. I highly recommend this company for any of your phone accessory needs.

I read the reviews I was sceptical about the Howard case… It took a few weeks but it came in today and I am beyond satisfied. I could lie and get a refund but I’m not that type of person. I highly recommend Caseles. Just Wait on it you’ll be satisfied. It’s worth the wait.

Do not order from this company. The shipment from China takes a long while, the description is way over hyped and they don't stand by their mistakes. Ordered a case for my pixel. After a long wait it arrived and was way to large. I contacted their customer service rep Sally by email. Got a response stating I had 2 Options, though they only gave me one. To avoid paying international freight back to China I could pay an additional $16.00 for them to send a new case. This seems to be a common scam in China as this has happened to me before . The case was supposed to be the wonderful thing, but in reality it was just a common plastic case. Cost was ridiculous and now they want me to pay for their mistake. It should be easier to see where your shipment is coming from before you order. Don't use this company, as it is a rip off. Also try not to directly order from China.

There was great customer service no matter my ? They had a answer to it got me my product and it is excellent what I wanted love this site about to order my daughter the same case would recommend this site to everyone that wants a great case

overpriced and trash case that didn't fit and felt pathetically cheap. 0/10 fvck this company
