Ordered product 2 days ago, says they are working on shipping? If you don’t have what I ordered, why not just say so? They have my money, and I have no timetable on delivery. Still haven’t heard from customer support and their chat bot must be malfunctioning

Long delivery after posing as a uk company: expensive product but made cheaply. Broke within a month and screen protectors have both shattered. They won’t refund but offer a partial credit note for more crap. Don’t waste your money!

Dear Caseles Representative, After a lengthy delivery timeline, I received my Pixel 10a waterproof case from your company last week and installed it on my new phone yesterday. I've used numerous waterproof cases from other companies in the past with good results. However, when I tested your case by running a light stream of water over it, the case immediately began to leak. I double checked all seals to ensure that my installation was correct. My wife's case is having similar issues. Once again, this can't be blamed on faulty installation since I have successfully used similar cases for a number of years with no issues. This is disappointing because your case is similar in quality to other manufacturers that price their cases at half the price, so I expected a superior product. In fact, I only paid the premium price for your case because it was the only Pixel 10a waterproof case I could find on the market at the time of my order. I have since located another company and have ordered their case. To avoid a poor review from me, I am requesting a full refund of my order price. With great disappointment, Gaylord A. Lemke

DO NOT order frim this company. Didn't deliver for weeks. I cancelled, then the sent it. I have disputed the charge.

They sent me a case of the wrong size. There are no exchanges—because you would end up paying the exact same amount you paid originally—though they did offer to send me a replacement if I paid half the price. So, I wasn't happy with the outcome; it felt like a waste of money.

I bought Aiden phone case. Delivery was on time package came from Hong Kong. ( With Florida stickers in the box ). The case is water proof, it does have 10 to15% sound reduction due to that. Look good for protection but have a lot of reflection on screen and to get best viewing experience its better have screen brightness done manually. Screen protector cover the light sensor and the automatic brightness no the best. Overall i am still satisfied with my purchase even if the price is a bit on the high side.

Product received in mint condition, awesome product for my iPhone! Great hand grip with no slippage in hands when moving arms and wrist vigorously about. Still testing the product on its limits without any damage occurring. Great doing business with. Keep up the good work.
