Maggie from service support was extremely helpful to help me identify, track down and order a replacement part (diverter cartridge from a 3-4 year old model). Mona was the customer service representative that assisted me on the phone. She was very knowledgeable and resolved the issue I had with my umbrella. I receive the replacement canopy in a timely manner and my umbrella is back to looking like new. The price was very reasonable to replace the canopy as well.

I was trying to buy a bathtub for a client, and by the time I went to place the order, it was already sold out. That same week, I showed her other models available on the site and managed to switch to one she liked. I placed the order, paid, and everything was confirmed. Five days after the purchase, I received an email stating the bathtub was out of stock; I simply had to cancel the order myself, Casa Inc didn't even have the capability to cancel it and issue a refund to my account on their end. I am extremely disappointed and will never shop on this site again. You build up a client's expectations and spend the money, only for the company to simply say the product isn't available, after they had already confirmed the order. How do they keep items listed for sale on the site when they aren't in stock? Anyway, it’s disappointing!
