Great customer service. Faucet was not working properly and the customer service team sent a replacement part at no charge and it’s working great now. Love the sink and faucet.

I ordered two set of faucet through Home Depot. They arrived promptly. One of the faucet taps was missing. After a single call with the customer service, I was able to send a picture of the part tgat was missing and they shipped a replacement within 2 days. It helped conplete my project in time. This is a high quality product and amazing and helpful customer service experience.

I am very impressed that Casainc customer service actually responded to my email for help. My last experience with a similar product but a different company was totally opposite, so my expectations were low. Casainc customer service usually responded by the next day to my emails, helping me troubleshoot the problem. I would definitely buy from them again with confidence. I look forward to getting my CASAINC Kitchen Touchless Faucet with Pull Down Sprayer working again.

We bought: 12" Shower System Square Top 3-Function Showerhead × 1 It was missing a piece, we call and Stephanie help me, first time we received the wrong part (due to menu not very helpful), second time we send her photos and she send the right part. We love our new system.
