Needed a new part for my shower system. Customer service was very helpful locating a replacement.

The handheld sprayer broke and I reached out to customer service. They replied quickly and professionally. They offered several solutions and were easy to work with.

I purchased a shower system and it came damaged. The company I purchased it from told me to reach out to the manufacturer, which I did, and they were exceptionally awesome. I spoke to Stephanie and she went above and beyond to address the problem and have the product replaced. She called several times to keep me up-to-date with the progress and after it was sent I received a call just to check that I received it. I could not have desired a bit of company to have worked with. The system I received is just awesome. I would recommend them any time to anyone!

Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast and accurate. The umbrellas is exactly as described. High quality materials. We are very please with our purchase.,

Showed up in short order and had it ready to go by 4th of July. Performed great and was easy to set up.

Stem for shower broke. Called Casainc and customer service was incredible!! Without hesitation a new stem was shipped out. Could not be happier with the customer support
