CASAINCReviews of casainc.com

We have a sun-drenched patio, with an outdoor seating area consisting of a sofa, 2 large chairs, and a coffee table. Because it is always in direct sun, we needed an umbrella, but none of the ones we had looked at locally would have shaded the entire seating area. From Facebook, we found out about Casainc, and ordered their 15 FT Patio Market Umbrella in burgundy. It has worked flawlessly and more than covers the entire seating area in shade. I forgot to order a cover for the umbrella, so Jennifer from Service Support helped get that shipped out to us (in a matching color). Our experience with Casainc has been strictly positive!

I recently purchased a bathroom tap from Casa Inc and I couldn’t be happier with it. The quality is excellent – it feels sturdy, well-made, and has a sleek, modern look that really elevates my bathroom. Installation was straightforward, and everything worked perfectly right away. Customer service was also great – shipping was fast, and the product arrived well-packaged.

I ordered a showerhead system back in 2023. Since then, the wand hose has broken twice and the hot water cartridge had to be replaced. Camelia from customer service has been great. However, the product itself leave much to be desired.
