I am giving 10 Stars to Stephanie in Customer Service who made my Casa experience amazing. She was able to expedite delivery of my recliner so fast my head spun. Being in extreme need for a quick delivery, I don’t know how she did it, but she did. Thank you Stephanie and thank you CASA.

My faucet controller malfunctioned, but I can still use the faucet, just not the sensor. Camellia was very helpful in resolving my situation. Aside from the malfunction, this faucet has been great. It's perfect for our sink. Very high quality.

I sold my house and wanted to upgrade my faucets. I purchased Casainc faucets. I absolutely love the look. Unfortunately, sometime throughtout our construction process the handheld part was broken. I contacted Casainc and spoke with customer service. They immediately opened a claim. I received an email, sent back a few photos and in less than 24 hrs I had a replacement on the way. I will definitely be purchasing Casainc again for my new house.
