Bought a complete shower kit through homedepot.com but after installation, our contractors informed us of a missing gasket. They wanted us to go to hone depot customer service to request for the part. But I saw there was a card with a number to call, so I tried it. Spoke with Vanessa and she was wonderful. After a few questions about the order number and the missing part, she was able to get an order placed and the part was delivered in 2 days time. CASAINC was very helpful with my shower head, we wanted the shower head to come out of the ceiling but we purchased the one that comes out of the wall. They helped us to get the right part for ceiling. I recommend CASAINC to anyone, products are well built.
