I sent four separate emails with inquiries and not a single response. Product poorly labeled and instructions are as rudimentary as “put in shower”. Outlets aren’t labeled. Directional valve does not have intent to ensure you put it on correctly. There shouldn’t be that much stuff to “figure out” on a $500 shower kit.

I bought the Luxury Waterfallshower kit through Lowe’s and had it installed a little over a year a go and had noticed the wand hose coating coming off so I reached out to customer service. They were very prompt and resolved my issues. The shower kit has worked extremely well and would definitely buy again.

I've been using this shower system for a year now, and I just wanted to give an updated review. When I first bought it, I called their customer service, and they were incredibly helpful in guiding me to the right product for my needs. I definitely recommend buying directly from their website and giving them a call if you need help choosing, because their customer service really makes the process easy. After a year, I had a small issue with the handheld shower hose, and they replaced it without any hassle at all. They just sent me a new one. I'm fully satisfied and would recommend this brand to everyone. It’s been a great experience!
