Very disappointing, dishonest and possibly Islamophobic experience. I read the car hire Ts & Cs very carefully as I knew my UK licence had recently expired and DVLA had told me they were 'experiencing difficulties' issuing new ones. I also have a current licence from Saudi Arabia which clearly shows my name, date of birth and a future expiry date in English (as well as Arabic). I could've used my travel buddy's details but went ahead and booked in my name. Despite my passport, Saudi and UK licences and credit card all matching, the desk clerk said they only hire cars on UK or EU driver licences - this is ludicrous and was not mentioned until this point. I called Easyjet car hire / car trawlers who said nice words, apologising that there was nothing they could do but explaining a simple refund policy for which they'd send a link. I then weighed up the relative benefits of another hire contract in my buddy's name or taking taxis. (We chose the latter to attend a friend's wedding.) On returning from my holiday I was met with resistance to refund my wasted booking. Nothing would be repaid. Stone wall, except to say they are sorry if I am disappointed.

Third fligh within a month with easyJet with an average of 1h30 delay. That's usual with them but what really bothering me is the absence of information on the information panel (if you want to know you HAVE to install the app) and it's always someone else fault... lukily for them they have some route and time schedule others don't so there isn't really à choice. A yeah, cherry on the cake, even if you know they are late, you need to be at the airport on time since they may close the boarding even if the plane isn't here... thumb up!!

Booked a car through EasyJet Car, because my flight was late and the Car Rental Desk was closed, they canceled my reservation for "No Show" and keep all prepaid money without offering any alternative or penalty for late Pick Up. This despite I correctly communicated the flight number in the reservation. Skip this company and book directly with the car rental company, you will be more protected in these situations. Costumer service practically useless, they cannot move or rebook reservation and all they do is sending premade email telling how sorry they are.

Ich wollte eine Umbuchung vornehmen und rief um 19.50 h die FC Vielflieger-Hotline an. Wir waren kurz vorm Finishing, doch um 20 h hörte ich, wie im Hintergrund andere Call Center Mitarbeiter meinen Agenten zum Dienstschluss aufriefen. Und - obwohl es nur noch 2 schnelle Steps gebraucht hätte - um meine Buchung zu vollenden, warf er mich einfach kommentarlos aus der Leitung. Die 3 Minuten hätte er den besten Kunden seiner Airline schon noch gewähren können. Das ist ganz mieser Vielflieger-Service.

Having booked my car hire through EasyJet, pick up and drop off were very easy, with courteous staff. HOWEVER - I was not told, at any point when picking up the car from Dollar at Bordeaux airport, that I would need to have it valeted before bringing it back. I was then charged 84 euros upon car return for ‘damage’, ie SAND IN THE CAR. What a rip off. In all my years of hiring a car abroad I have never been penalised for this.

I have flown with easyjet from manchester to geneva on 18th august its was very good excellent on time good service we was seating at exit and the studest was coming ask us so friendly if we are sure we want seat there as its difficult to understand the rules and they was really good 5 star is not enough
