I flew to Faro on a Friday and had the worst flight ever. The plane was packed with drunken Hens and Stags their behaviour was appalling, swearing and rowdy behaviour throughout, I felt really sorry for the cabin staff who where simply overwhelmed by a plane full of out and out yobs. After 20 plus years flying with Easy Jet that was my last flight with them. Are they that desperate for business? My top tip would be never fly with a budget airline on a Friday, preferably never at all.

We rented a car for a week via easyJet cars. The car was actually provided by Budget car rental but at the collection desk they didn't have the type of car I booked. There was around £150 -£200 pw price difference between what I paid for and the smaller car I got and eventually, more than a month after returning the car, I was told I'd be refunded just £56. Rip off.

Auto one / surprise Naples Catastrophique ! Ne pas louer d'auto avec easy jet. Le loueur retenu n'a pas d'agence à l'aeroport, il faut prendre une navette specifique qui n'est jamais passé en 50 minutes. Nous avons dû prendre un taxi pour nous y rendre. Il nous a fallu attendre 2 heures pour pouvoir repartir avec une auto moyennant la modique somme de 330 € en supplement de la location et de l'assurance prise lors de notre reservation avec easyjet pour une semaine. 3 heures pour recuperer une voiture et un supplement DE 330 € non prevu. Du racket pur et dur. AU BOUT DE 3 H, ON CRAQUE ET ON PAIE POUR ENFIN PARTIR EN AUTO. Eviter absoluement de reserver votre auto avec Easy jet car ils proposent des loueurs malhonnetes comme auto one / surprise.

I was made to pay for more insurance when picking up my car booked through easy jet at Malaga airport When I emailed easyJet to complain they said it was in the term and conditions that credit cards had to be in your full name Do not use easyJet car hire it’s a rip off

We ( two families)rented a car through eastjet and the experience is terrible. Firstly, we had to wait to pick up our cars for 45 minutes as they don’t have any office around the airport. Then a guy turned up and one of us had to go to their office to pick up a car, Fiat that wasn’t what we booked. The cars were extremely dirty and almost completely out of fuel barely enough to take us to the petrol station.

Paid for full insurance when booking hire care through easy Jet. Upon arrival at Europecar desk in Málaga I am told that I am not insured in this country and that I needed to pay 221 euros at 46 euros per day!! This is miss-selling, mid representation. This is not made clear. I refused the hire car as we could not pay another 221 euros. When you are told your are not insured! Even though you have paid. At no point are you warned that this would be a tactic that is employed. I am not forced to complain for a refund or through my credit card provider. Absolute scam.

I had rented the car through Easy Jet, it seemed logical, however once at the Europcar check in I discovered there was a €100 deposit for fuel, but even worse the 3rd party insurance they had sold me did not fully cover, and they required either a €500 deposit that would be taken off my card or to pay an additional €78 to correctly cover the insurance. No choice really! So €78 down, and I got to the car, which was in quite a dark park, and on leaving the airport with the sun shining found out how dirty the windows were, and once I could get to a service station was able to inspect the car properly, which was filthy inside and out, and had quite a lot of body work damage. Rent through EJ at your peril

Attention à l'ARNAQUE Easyjet sur la location de voiture. Easyjet impose une carte de "Crédit" pour que le loueur encaisse une franchise lors du retrait or en France nous avons principalement des cartes de débit que nous appelons carte de crédit par abus de langage. Du coup, pas de possibilité de récupérer la voiture louée. Les termes de résiliation Easyjet sont rédigés à leur avantage donc pour éviter de vous faire arnaquer, privilégiez un autre mode de location de voiture.
