Booked a car at Geneva Airport . We had an exceptional circumstance and did not get the car . Customer service is non existent . Will never use them again

I booked a car with EasyJet Car Rental to pick up at Aldergrove airport after a recent flight to Belfast and was charged £119.97 online prior to arriving at the airport. I was assured upon booking that this was the total fee and therefore was expecting to simply pick up the car upon arrival. This was not the case. I was informed by Europcar, the handler, that they were indeed aware of my booking but not of any monies paid - they said they receive only the booking details. I had to pay Europcar again for the vehicle hire. They informed me that they see this all the time and advised me to be prepared to be very insistent with EasyJet to claim a refund. I had to call their customer service department and have conversations 3 times and each time after talking to their agents ai got nowhere. I then eventually received an e-mail from EasyJet customer services saying they would not refund me as they seemed intent on shifting the blame to Europcar, so a time-old case of each one blaming the other. I encountered nothing but frustration and blame-shifting the whole way through. I would advise anyone reading this and all the other extremely negative reviews on here which are pretty much identical to mine, to avoid these thieves and liars (who know exactly what they are doing) at all costs. Awful. 0/10.

Absolutely terrible. Do not trust and if you are left no option to use them, check your credit card for accuracy - fraudulent invoicing and taking money not owed. Their financial control should be reviewed/audited immediately. Their invoices are not aligned to the customer. When challenged, they wouldn’t escalate, put me on hold and then disconnected me. Terrible service and crooks.

Nous étions 6 personnes avec 3 grandes valises. Nous avons réservé une voiture 9 places. Arrivé à Lisbonne nous avons reçu un véhicule 7 places. Easyjet a transformé la réservation. Malgré des mails aucune réponse 😡 je ne réserverai plus via leurs sites

J'ai réservé une location de véhicule avec mon billet d'avion A/R Paris / Gatwick, j'ai donc réglé le coût de la location à Easyjet. Tout s'est bien déroulé, mais quand je suis rentrée, 3 jours plus tard j'ai eu la surprise de voir ma carte bancaire débitée de plus de 300€....sans explication... C'est l'empreinte de ma carte qui m'avait été réclamée lors de la récupération du véhicule qui a été utilisée.Malgré mes nombreuses démarches vers Easyjet rien n'a bougé !!! Des escrocs et au total une location qui devait me coûter 90€ qui me revient à 390€ .....A fuir !

La compagnia EasyJet è un'azienda che ruba soldi ai clienti. Ti stipula un contratto per un noleggio auto + assicurazione di 3 settimane con la ditta Noleggiare SRL di Lamezia Terme (Italia), ti fa pagare tutto in anticipo, e quando vai a ritirare l'auto, la ditta Noleggiare SRL non ti consegna l'auto perchè dice che il contratto stipulato con EasyJet non è valido !!! Cosa dire: "siete dei ladri, persone disoneste che affittano l'auto nel periodo più caro dell'anno - luglio/agosto, e il contratto non è valido". Per di più quando vengono contattate per chiarimenti, dicono che la colpa è del cliente !!! Ladri è ancora una parola troppo gentile, perchè nelle recensioni non si possono dire le parole vere !!!

Très mauvaise expérience. De 154 € pour 3 jours on s'est retrouvé facturé de plus 266 € soit au total 420 € . Scandaleux. Une vraie arnaque.

So Luggage allowance for easyJet is now the 45x36x20.....how tiny can this be ????? Easyjet know this cabin size that everyone has now cannot be used,so want you to use hold luggage to charge more. This is just not on.we are all fed up with these airlines pissing us all off with one charge after another.. Give us a break. Every manufacturer of these small suitcases are prob fedup as well. 56 is a reasonable size of cabin luggage..
