Terrible scam. Never book through easy jet just go straight to the car hire Company.

Beware, they pretend you have booked with them but they outsource it to a third party then take no ownership when things go wrong! We had a late landing so booked with Easyjet specifically so that our rental booking was connected with our flight. LESSON. Don't assume that because they take your flight number that your booking is connected to the rental company. When our flight landed, Goldcar was closed and not contactable!! We spend £700 booking a new car with Hertz and Goldcar/Easyjet took my original booking fee of £300 and cancelled my booking as they said I was a 'no show'. Now the 3 parties (Easyjet, Cartrawler, Goldcar) are all blaming eachother and no one will help me.

My experience with the EasyJet car hire service was extremely disappointing. Our flight to Crete was delayed, and when we arrived, the airport had misplaced our luggage, resulting in us reaching the car rental desk approximately two hours later than planned. Despite these circumstances being completely outside of our control, we were forced to pay an additional charge to collect the vehicle. The customer service provided throughout the process was poor and lacking any understanding or flexibility. To make matters worse, the car supplied was not as requested. It had no built-in navigation system, and Apple CarPlay had been disabled, making it far less suitable for our needs. Overall, the entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking car hire through EasyJet. When problems arise, they appear unwilling to take responsibility or provide a reasonable level of customer care.

Avoid easyjet car hire at all costs, they provide the wrong information leading to wasted time trying to collect the car. Because we finally managed to collect the car we are being told we are not entitled to lodge a complaint or investigate further which means everyone else will also be provided the wrong information. Customer service were utterly useless throughout the process and just continued to give us mis-information.

Esperienza totalmente negativa: auto prenotata a Milano Linate inizio maggio 26 per 10 giorni, tramite il sito Easyjet e collegata al volo. Quando è apparso chiaro che il volo Easyjet partiva in ritardo, abbiamo avvisato il noleggiatore noleggiare.it del ritardo e ci hanno detto che avrebbero aspettato. Arrivati a Milano solo 10 minuti dopo l'orario di chiusura, non solo non ci avevano aspettato ma il giorno dopo hanno rifiutato di consegnarci la macchina. Quello che è peggio, Easyjet ha rifiutato il rimborso. Quindi abbiamo pagato senza avere la macchina. Easyjet non risponde se a causa del LORO ritardo non puoi ritirare la macchina! Mai più. Meglio prenotare direttamente il noleggio con noleggiatore affidabili, come la Hertz. Si paga di più ma non si rischia di perdere tutto.

SHOCKING COMPANY, AVOID AVOID at all costs. Intimidation was used to take 220euros paid in cash of two OAP travellers in Split Croatia. They arrived 45min late to the easy jet car rental desk due to the easy jet flight being delayed by 45minutes. Told if they didn’t pay the charge would be more if cancelled and were given no option and left feeling intimidated.

Trying to get a VAT receipt is impossible for car hire. Easy jet ( who I paid for the car hire) pass you from pillow to post then back to the car hire company - green motion, who quite rightly wouldn’t give me a VAT receipt because it was easy jet who I paid . Never again
