Ich habe dort schon öfters einen CarPlay Wireless Adapter gekauft und hate immer Probleme mit dem Support! Die Mitarbeiter sind überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit und man bleibt auf seinen Versandkosten sitzen obwohl einem etwas anderes Versprochen wurde! Außerdem bleibe ich derzeit auf meine Kosten Sitzen und ohne zwar ohne Gerät! Ich wurde also betrogen von dieser Firma! Ich Empfehle dort kein Gerät zu kaufen! Es gibt alternativen wie zum Beispiel Car Link Kit die stellen auch Adapter her die es ermöglichen Factory bzw. OEM CarPlay Wireless zu machen und das sogar für weniger Geld! Zudem stellen die sogar das Ganze auch für Android Auto her.

Buyer beware. This company will do everything they can to not honor their product warranty. I received the Carplay2Air Dongle as a Christmas gift and after one of their updates it bricked the device. I’ve had no less than 10 emails going back and forth with them regarding the defective product. I’ve spent at least 4 hours following each and every step that they required. With exception to the making a video from beginning to end. Seriously, these people will run you through a ringer to return a defective product. I have over 10 emails documenting my claim here. I finally shipped back to them at $17.90 my cost via USPS. Sent them pictures of tracking number, reciept and customs declaration form. They still say they will not replace till they receive it. The problem with this is a parcel can only be tracked until it gets to China. Tracking is not guaranteed once it arrives. The BOTTOM LINE… they do not want to honor their stated warranty.

As others have stated, the return process is terrible. The unit I received is defective. Then I was told to jump through all the same hoops as others on here. It would cost as much to return it as you have already paid. Not to mention all the documentation they want. I was told to make a video of the unit acting up. Well, using it on a compatible motorcycle, like I was, trying to video would be rather dangerous. Don't you think? Run away as fast as you can! They will rip you off.

This CarPlay 2air do not buy. After sale no service. No help. They are not responding when trouble arise. They ask you to send back to China and the postal cost more than itself. When I sent it by regular mail. They just told they never received it. Already 3 months. When it troubleshooting it doesn't have reset button. Need to send it back

Nooit de bestelling ontvangen. Word beweerd dat levering geweigerd is en dat ze meer geld willen. Toen ik vroeg om een refund kreeg ik de melding dat ze dit niet doen omdat het artikel retour is gekomen. Dit mag helemaal niet en ik heb een dispute gestart via de creditcardmaatschappij. Dit bedrijf respecteert de Europesche consumenten wetten niet terwijl zij hier wel adverteren. Wees gewaarschuwd.

I received a defective unit. They were willing to send me a replacement after I returned the defective one at my own expense. USPS shipping to China is $45; they were unwilling to pay the shipping, even though it was a defective unit.
