I considered executing my order without an explanation as to why my FIRST10 coupon code wouldn’t work. While the error message didn’t tell me why exactly, the message offered an 800 number for assistance. I assumed correctly that it wouldn’t work because I had chosen the auto ship option, and that was confirmed with a representative on the phone who I could understand verbally (always a big plus) and who made it clear that he was ALL about helping in any way he could. What a pleasant first time experience with an enterprise that blows the competition away for price on a first time order. It’s downright uplifting to know there are internet vendors that care this much about customer service. Thanks to Carewell for creating this welcoming culture!

I purchased the Janibell Akord Slim odor-free receptacle for disposing incontinence products. Having used several other products I am quite impressed with the appealing design and the way you can save on bags by cutting off a small collection of one product or you can wait until your unit is half or all the way full. The unit bag replacement is so easy. Just be sure to buy a 2-pack of Akord liners when you purchase your unit. I put my liners on auto-ship to be sure we never run out of bagging material.
