CarewellReviews of carewell.com

This is an excellent company that is very easy to work with and they have a huge selection of great items at an awesome price. My order for my family member was very easy to set up on auto shipment and when it was no longer needed I had no problem cancelling the order. All the employees I have dealt with at Carewell have been very nice, courteous and professional. I highly recommend this company to everyone!!!!

I was very satisfied with the service I received. The girl was very helpful with everything I needed, made it so easy to do. She was very pleasant to talk with.

When I was advised by an urgent care NP to purchase Interdry for my daughter who has Hidradenitis Suppurativa, I didn't know where to look other than Amazon. No local pharmacies or medical supply stores carried the product we needed. The options for purchase are limited and quite expensive. Fortunately, reading a thread on Reddit about Interdry for HS moisture wicking, I came across a suggestion to check Carewell's website. I'm so glad I did! Not only was the listed price lower on Carewell.com than Amazon and a few other sites, I was also able to take advantage of a $10 off first time order offer. The free shipping options on other sites were several days slower than Carewell's also. I ordered Coloplast InterDry Moisture-Wicking Fabric with Antimicrobial Silver, 10 X 144" x 1 late Sunday evening March 10, and the package was delivered on Tuesday afternoon, March 12, two days earlier than promised! When we have another medical supply need, I will definitely use Carewell.com again!

I have used other companies for healthcare products. These have raised their prices beyond my being affordable to purchase them. I went on Carewell, prices were less expensive and free shipping. I ordered from them and have continued ever since. Some products I am now receiving on auto-ship at great savings. Customer service is excellent, caring and sensitive. Shipping is received in quality time. I highly recommend exploring this company. Well worth the time, fine experience and quality of goods.

Great fit. Also, the fabric appears to be slightly softer and more comfortable than the other brands.

I was very pleased with the service that I received. I had to update my credit card and also the gal that helped me was wonderful and saying that it would be best for me if I combined two orders that I had it would save me on mail, postage for that, I am very grateful no other, no other person has ever suggested that to me so she took some extra time to tell me that thank you so much I was very pleased

Great company. After orders are placed shipping is always super-fast. When my last order was mis-delivered on a Saturday I contacted customer service on Sunday and got a reply right away. They informed me that a replacement shipment was being sent out and I received it Tuesday morning. Excellent customer service.
