It was easy to order from and was great to get the $10 off coupon and free shipping on $49. I ordered the Juven to help heal my bedsore and it is as cheap as Amazon and Walgreens.

David at Carewell customer service took great care of me. He arranged for a return of my unopened product. I will be receiving a return label for my convenience. And when I told him that my second order was delayed from the promised delivery time, he gave me a store credit as well. I am very satisfied with the service i received.

I'm flying to New Mexico to vacation with my family. I'll be gone a couple of weeks visiting in a remote area. Although it's nearly off the grid, FedEx and UPS do service the location. Even though the specific address did not pop up in their system, Carewell arranged to ship my regular supplies to my vacation spot. The issue was complicated, I was calling after normal business hours and yet the woman I spoke to in Canada couldn't have been more patient or helpful.
