Prices were less than another site, which kept increasing. The other did not allow me to set up a scheduled subscription, only a reminder to order. And I could not rely on quick fulfillment. Sometimes, I had to wait a week to receive the order, and my mother had to use smaller, ill-fitting product. CAREWELL usually delivers 2-3 days depending on the initial ordering time, and sends you a reminder of an upcoming subscription date, and asks if date ok or need to delay.

Best priced pads I could find. Simple order/pay process. Arrived sooner than expected. Upon unfolding my first pad, I thought these pads would not do the job. However, they are awesome! I am on disability, was exhausting myself trying to keep up with washable pads. These pads are used for my 17 year old cat. He is in a portable baby playpen when I'm gone all day, due to his health conditions. Cat urine is much more pungent than human. These pads have never leaked thru and they diminish the odor! I am completely impressed and so thankful to have found this company! (By the way, I had tried puppy pads. They are expensive and do NOT contain his urine. These pads have made our cats and my life simpler)
