By ordering through Carewell, I am saving a lot of money. I was buying from a local medical store. I started researching and realized I could order products from Carewell at a big savings. They bring it right to my door. Very satisfied so far.

Last week I contacted Caremark customer service to discuss products I was possibly interested in ordering to satisfy some of my medical needs. I was connected with Jasmine. Jasmine has a friendly voice and, I immediately felt comfortable discussing my needs and questions with her. Not only was Jasmine able to answer my questions, she was also able to provided me with suggestions for alternate products that satisfies my needs (and saved my some money, at the same time!!) Within three business days, I receive all of the products! Now, That’s what I call Outstanding Customer Service! I will definitely call Carewell whrn again, have the need for new and/or, additional products of a similar purpose! If I owned a Company, I would definitely want my Customer Service Representatives to embody the caliber of Customer Service Skills that I received from Jasmine! Thank You! Jennifer

Carewell is a VERY personal company. Like Amazon, their shipping is free & always the next day. I have shopped specifically for products for my 93 y/o Mom with some incontinence issues. I ordered these adult underwear liners. For my 80 year old aunt. She sometimes has accidents. So these are a lifesaver. For us both. Since I'm her caretaker it helps me out a lot. These are well made and great quality for the price too. The customer service is top notch. They make everything easy. If you need help they are there too help all the time. A real person too . Not a robot. Lol I highly recommend these .
