Had made an order for underwear in what I thought was enough time so as not to run out before delivery. Delivery came, and I was down to a few pairs left. One item was delivered and was correct. The second item of underwear was a different story. It did not come until the next day, despite the website saying both were shipped at the same time. However, the first time this happened, the wrong item was sent. What was worse it was the wrong size so could not use the product at all. Talked to a nice lady on the online chat, who immediately ordered a replacement. Delivery came in two days. Luck was with me as managed to make my short supply last until the correct order arrived. So do appreciate their fast two-day delivery. It has saved me several times. They have always been helpful, friendly, and courteous.

A big thank you to customer service representative Brandi. I had a problem use of my FSA card it was declined, and Brandi was quickly able to detect and help me correct the issue. I truly appreciate good, friendly and easy to talk with, customer service reps! I so look forward to write in a review on the products that I ordered. I also appreciated the free shipping with a certain dollar amount ordered.

I ordered a rapid antigen Covid test and it arrived via UPS 48 hours later, just as promised! I also called them for help with the kit and the rep was able to read over the instructions for me. I highly recommend this company for getting a Covid test kit in a timely fashion, and for great customer service!
