I needed to speak with customer service about a DME I purchased from Carewell. The representative was genuinely compassionate & was knowledgeable about the equipment. She was able to quickly solve my questions & concerns. I've never had such a great experience with other companies' customer service departments as I had with Carewell. I highly recommend them.

The ordering process was easy. Products were in stock, and shipped quickly. Everything arrived in excellent condition, and updates were easy to find for the order. Plenty of HSA eligible items in stock, making it easy to obtain PPE for me during COVID pandemic. Finally, there was a "Welcome" email from the president of the company that felt genuine even though it is a "form" email.
