This is an awesome company, while everyone else told us it would be three weeks to get the supplies we needed for a g/t patient, Carewell deliver the supplies in two days, the patient was able to come on to the facility and we had what we needed to take care of him. THANK you Carewell!!!

This company is very new to me but their Cannulas saved my life at a time when I had nothing. And today after my first phone call with the company after placing an online order I was put it is made to feel like family almost and all my questions were answered to the extreme satisfaction I had hoped for. It’s my intent to further continue my relationship with this company ordering all my oxygen needs going forward. I’m not sure how that will go but I do know for this one day at least everything seem to come out perfect. I will re review this after I have used the product I ordered. But I am very optimistic. I purchased Prevail Bariatric Briefs for my husband. I did not realize that it is the one where you have to attach both sides to the front. I am still in the process of returning the unopened packages. The team was so understanding. I ordered again. This time I ordered do Attends Bariatric Underwear. The customer service was a very good experience Stephenie listened to me with care and sincere.Ive explain my problems I was having with the place I was getting my incontinence how there product cause me issues and of how they where falling apart on me and how I switched from pull-up to the briefs because of my weight loss and how the briefs cause me serious medical problems due to no air circulation inside and I was planning on getting the prevails air and how much the other company charged for then and how much money I would be saving by going to carewell.
