I made a recent order for my Mom. She needed TED hose due to swelling from congestive heart failure. She already had a knee high pair but said at times she would have to remove them as they would "cut in" under her knee and also that she only had the one pair so if she needed them after washing them, she would have to wait for them to dry. I ordered her a pair of knee high TED as well as a thigh high pair to try. The order placed, she received them in 2 days and was thrilled! Now she not only has a spare pair but some that will go up the thigh and do away with the pain around the upper calf/knee. I'm very glad she was pleased and I will definitely be ordering from Carewell in the future; ordering is easy and shipment was quick!

Carewell contacted me to ask me to call them because there was a problem with my billing. I returned the call and was pleasantly surprised to have them address me by name and thank me for calling back. Since it was going to be an eight minute wait I chose to be in the callback queue and when the customer service rep called back she was very helpful and very friendly and I appreciate that so much.

I’ve had several transactions with this company. I have a very over weight granddaughter (3yrs old-65lbs and on the spectrum ) and she totally grew out of normal size pull ups and luckily I found this company! We purchase the youth medium pull ups. They work great! Product & customer service rate a 10 out of 10 from me!
